Create a Tri-fold GK doll blister
Tri-fold clamshell blisters are very common in toy packaging, but because the appearance of tri-fold blister molds is not so straightforward, and the blister clips need to be tested continuously to get the best fitment, it is slightly difficult to implement. In this demonstration, we will demonstrate how to use high temperature resin to make tri-fold clamshell blister molds and use a hole punch to make blister clips.

FORMART Vacuum Former , resin printer, 6mm hole puncher, heat gun
Material of use
Procedure
- Download STL & print it out with a resin printer
- Select PET material and set thickness to 3.0mm to extend the forming time. Then use PET 0.5mm sheet to form the blister. During the forming period, please use a hot air gun to blow the shell to improve the clips accuracy.
- Cut the blister and clip it to finish.
