Shipping and returns

MY YARD TECH Europe ships delivers packages via DHL, UPS, GLS or DB Schenker (when the order is shipped on a pallet). 

The shipment will be sent out in 1-2 business day(s) if the order is fully in stock*.

Delivery time is 3-10 business days*.

We do not ship/sell to the following countries/territories: 

• Northern Ireland
• France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Martin
• French Guiana
• Netherlands: Netherlands Antilles
• Norway: Bouvet Island, Svalbard and Jan Mayen
• Portugal: Azores

What to do in case of cancellation or return?

Cancel

Cancelling an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Do you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you? Then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If MY YARD tech EU has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. We will deduct the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it unopened).

Returns 

You have 14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery to return the product without giving any reason. Exceptions to this are products that have been assembled especially for you. You can only return the product unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information, see article 5. of our terms and conditions.

Do you want to return the entire order? Then you must return the items that you have already received to the return address below. MY YARD tech EU will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The return costs are for your account.

Even if you return part of your order, the return costs are for your account. We will refund the purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified in writing to MY YARD tech EU. This can be done by e-mail, fax or post. You must in any case state your full name and the invoice number.

In order to repay amounts already paid (when paying in advance), we need your bank account number. Customers from Europe must also state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number you used to pay MY YARD tech EU. This is to avoid fraud with refunds.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
